Pittsworth Womens Shed

The Pittsworth Women's Shed began in June 2022 at the historic Cooks Cordial Factory in Pittsworth. Our very first project was creating library bags and Christmas sacks for the Child Care Centre at Withcott. From beginnings small beginning, our members quickly expanded the range of items we produced, helping people throughout our region.
Beginnings in February 2024, when the Cooks Cordial Factory was sold, the Pittsworth Women's Shed relocated to premises in Yandilla Street, where we stayed until our permanent home arrived at Pearl's Precinct within the Pittsworth Historical Pioneer Village.
This beautiful, purpose built building, is made possible through the generosity of Trevor Saal and his family in memory of his, wife and their mother, Pearl.
Today the Women's Shed continues to grow as a place where women enjoy friendship, creativity and the satisfaction of creating items of comfort for those in need.
We warmly welcome visitors, new members and volunteers. Come along, enjoy a cuppa and discover why so the Pittsworth Women's Shed their second home.

Local man Trevor Saal and family donated the massive shed in memory of his Wife and their Mother Pearl
