Creating Comfort, Friendship and Community
The Pittsworth Women's Shed is a friendly community charity where women come together to share skills, make lasting friendships and create handmade gifts that bring comfort to others.
Every week our members sew quilts, comfort bears, fidget rugs, breast cushions, clothing protectors, wheelchair bags, walker bags and many other practical items. These gifts are donated to hospitals, aged care facilities, charities and people in need throughout the Darling Downs.
Whether you're an experienced sewer or have never threaded a needle before, you'll always find encouragement, laughter and a welcoming group of women ready to help.
